1. Cases Eligible for Refund Requests

The customer may request a refund for dishes in the following situations:

  • The dishes were received with an expired shelf life;

  • There are issues that may affect consumption safety, such as improper smell, appearance, or taste;

  • Consumption of the dishes negatively affected the customer’s health.

2. Required Documents and Evidence

  • Proof of purchase – fiscal receipt or invoice issued at the time of service/delivery;

  • Official written request sent to [email protected], including: customer’s full name, date and time of the order, dish name, reason for the request, incident details;

  • Clear photographs of the disputed dishes and original packaging, if available;

  • Medical document (if applicable), issued by an authorized medical institution, including diagnosis, date, and time of consultation;

  • Laboratory report (if applicable), issued by an authorized institution, confirming the link between the consumed dish and the reported health issue.

3. Complaint Processing

  • Review time: up to 3 working days after receiving all required documents;

  • Resolution: if the request is justified, the refund will be made:

    • To the bank account used for purchase (for online payments);

    • In cash (for cash payments).
