1. Payment Methods

• Cash – upon delivery or when picking up the order from our locations.

• Bank Card VISA / MasterCard – through a secure connection provided by S.A. MoldovaAgroIndBank.

• Payments are processed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) at the bank’s exchange rate on the day of the transaction, without additional fees.

2. Payment Security

• All online payments comply with PCI DSS standards and are encrypted using SSL technology.

• INVESTES SRL does not store bank card details.

• Data transfer is carried out exclusively through secure banking networks.

• 3D Secure protocol is used for authentication, if supported by the issuing bank.

3. Refund Policy

If a refund is requested for justified reasons (e.g., non-compliance), the reimbursement will be processed within 3 working days:

• to the bank card used for the initial payment; or

• in cash, upon request.

For processing, the following are required:

1. Proof of payment;

2. Written request sent to: [email protected].

4. Order Receipt

Upon receiving the order, the customer must:

• check the appearance and integrity of the product;

• verify the quantity and assortment according to the fiscal receipt;

• ensure they receive the fiscal receipt;

• notify in advance if additional documents are required (for legal entities).
