Payment Terms and Conditions

All food and beverage products offered by Esushi can be paid for using VISA and MasterCard bank cards.

Online payments are processed through a secure connection provided by MAIB.

All transactions are processed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) according to the bank exchange rate on the day of payment, without additional fees.

In the event of a justified refund request, the amount will be returned within up to 3 business days to the bank card originally used for the payment.

Bank card data is protected according to the international PCI DSS security standard. Information is transmitted through SSL-encrypted secure banking networks.

Esushi and MAIB do not transfer users’ bank card data to third parties.

Upon receiving your order:

  • Please check the appearance of the products
  • Verify the quantity and assortment according to the receipt
  • Make sure you receive the fiscal receipt
  • Legal entities should specify in advance if additional documents are required
