Return Policy – Complaints About Product Nonconformity (Validity and Safety)

To request a refund for products due to nonconformity (e.g., expired shelf life, consumption safety) or a situation affecting health, please provide the following documents and evidence for review:


Required Documents and Evidence

  1. Proof of Purchase:

    • A fiscal receipt or invoice issued at the time of purchase/delivery.
  2. Official Request (Written Document):

    • The full name of the buyer.
    • The date and time of purchase.
    • The product in question and the reason for the request (e.g., validity, consumption issues, etc.).
    • Details about the reported incident.
  3. Clear Photographs:

    • Images of the product in question and the original packaging, if available.
  4. Medical Document (if applicable):

    • A document issued by a medical facility (hospital, clinic) confirming that the affected person experienced health issues after consuming the Esushi product.
    • The document must include:
      • The doctor’s diagnosis.
      • The date and time of the consultation.
  5. Laboratory Report (if applicable):

    • A report issued by an authorized institution confirming that the consumed Esushi product caused the reported health issues.

Complaint Processing

  • Review Time:
    After receiving all the required documents and evidence, the complaint will be reviewed by our team within 3 business days.

  • Resolution:
    If the request is justified, the refund will be issued:

    • To the bank account used for the purchase (for online payments).
    • In cash, if the purchase was made in cash.
